I agree. I had never seen this one before.
Man, Casey Kasem’s voice can bring me back. I remember hearing him on the radio throughout the 1990s. I can hear shows like “Casey’s Top 40” coming through time from the little radio on my nightstand, the dirt-and-dust-covered speaker grills in a John Deere tractor while plowing or stacking hay, and my Dad’s brown and tan Ford pickup truck, with Kasem’s voice all scratched and broken through the passenger-side speaker that had a loose connection. And I seem to remember him showing up on an episode of “Saved by the Bell.”
I lost taste for Top 40 radio in the late ’90s. Kasem took a vacation from “Casey’s Top 40” in 1998. He never did return to the show.
